Modern Warfare 2 is undoubtedly the single biggest release this year; not only in gaming but in entertainment, period. It delivers in a lot of areas; it has a campaign marinated in grandeur (even if it is to short) and a deep, engaging multiplayer facet (even if it is littered with connectivity issues). On face value, the game deserves every rave review bestowed upon it. Unfortunately here in Australia, there is one major caveat preventing me from bestowing it the highest of accolades. The matchmaking system is flawed. Seriously flawed. Sometimes it takes literally minutes to find a game. If you are set up as a party of friends then it could take longer than that.
