Much like UAC basic training for marines, Resurrection of Evil is by the books, people. This isn't a bad thing- it's an artfully executed add-on pack that doesn't sacrifice any of the things that made Doom 3 great. But it doesn't do anything but tighten up the experience a little, so if you weren't a fan then there's probably nothing here to entice you besides the bargain price. Read more

When Doom 3 was released for PC's last year, many people were skeptical of how the game would make it over to the Xbox, let alone if it ever would. ID software surprised everyone by releasing a fairly decent first person shooter for the Xbox earlier this year and in the same year they've released Doom 3: Resurrection of Evil , which is a minor upgrade to Doom 3 . Resurrection of Evil improves the gameplay of Doom 3 nicely. It isn't really a stand alone game and is thus too short. Well worth a look though. If you dig the old-school Doom games, and want to play them on your xbox, snap it up. Read more
