Regardless of whether you play through the story mode solo or with a friend, you're in for an entertaining though short-lived and largely repetitive ride. There are really only two or three action sequences in the game that stand out as being different and memorable, but the gunplay is good enough throughout that when the story struggles to hold your interest after the first couple of chapters, you still won't be in a hurry to put the game down.
