    I purchased one of these gems through Dell directly. After two weeks it finally arrived and the Network Interface Card didn't work. They offered to replace the motherboard (lol on a brand new machine). They offered (after I asked) a replacement however would not offer me any extended warranty as a goodwill gesture or to revive my faith in the quality of the product. After the Customer "Care" I received I am opting for a refund. Read more
