I've used this machine for 3 vacations and have been very happy with it. The re-calculation of route if a turn is missed has not been an issue with me. I like the fact that I can add my own 3rd party POIs easily. The newer Tomtom models have had this feature killed by Tomtom. I update the machine regularly with the Tomtom Home program which does a very good job. Read more

TomTom are a well-known brand within this industry, so gave their XL340 IQ Routes Edition a go, and it made for an interesting experience. Programming is easy – you switch it on and a menu comes up. Google Maps does a better job...it least it can work out when you can and cant turn right...the **** Tom Tom kept insisting on right hand turns where there are none and there never have been any...utter rubbish...Going back to shop today...never touching another **** Tom Tom in my life...clearly have brain dead monkeys writing the software for these pieces of shite Read more
