    Unlike the Samsung Galaxy Icon launched last year, the Galaxy S now has a customised version of Android that makes it a joy to use. Sure, the handset may look and feel like an Apple iPhone because of its physical specifications and interface, but the company has been able to add a couple of features that make it one of the best Android phones in the market.     Words are unnecessary (but we use them anyway) to describe the technological tour de force that the Samsung Galaxy S i9000 is. It makes its appearance in the wake of a slew of other similarly high-powered Android smartphones, yet bests them all with a gloriously beautiful (and sunlight-usable, hurrah!) Super AMOLED display and a homegrown 1 GHz processor borne of the same innovation as that in the iPhone, but now with even more power to spare. Read more

    Very impressive phone. Great screen - easy to use, very responsive, perfectly visible in a broad daylight. I work as a graphic designer and use it to sketch concepts during the meetings with clients - my little phone works much better than any of pads or tablets. The only downturn is that no alarm would ring if the phone is off. Read more
