Excerpt: "...are excellent as with any Apple product, but that's not to say it falls down on the basics. I found the battery life to be very good and the charge time short which meant that it functioned well as a phone despite all of the extra features. The reception was clear and I've never had any problems making calls when I need to. The handset was very durable, I dropped it down the stairs and on the floor multiple times and it still functioned perfectly. ...
Pros: Easy and quick to use, intuitive, durable and strong on calls and messaging .
Far more than just a fantastic phone - but fragile!

Excerpt: "...provider. The technicians at the Apple shop were very helpful and pleasant, but have informed me that there is nothing that can be done for my old phone, so I will be upgrading soon. Having said this, I was ready to upgrade anyway. I found that the phone became sluggish after a while, and that the 8GB storage space was no longer sufficient for all of my music and applications. Stay tuned for my review of my upgrade - the iPhone 4... Also ...
Pros: The app store, great interface, sleek design
Cons: Fragile, lacking in storage space compared to newer models
Excerpt: "I have had an iphone 3G for about 1 year now. I love my iphone and everthing I can do on it, but I have a lot of problems with it freezing. Mainly when I try to check my email or get online, but once it a while it will happen while I am trying to text or call. I have also recently discovered that a lot of the apps no I can not download because they are made for the iphone 4. What about the people that still have the iphone 3G? Other than these few ...
Summary: My dad bought me this iPhone a while back and I was really excited, because I'd heard so many good things about this phone and hoped that it really did live up to all the hype. My first problem when setting up my iPhone was the SIM card. I'd purchased an unlocked iPhone and bought the SIM card separately and had no idea where to put the SIM card. I had to search on the Internet how to get it in and I finally did it.
Pros: Has so many features and it is a nice shape.
Cons: Battery life isn't as good as other phones I've used previously.

Summary: I have had my iPhone now for nearly 2 years, I remember the frantic calls to carphone warehouse and o2 desperate to try and acquire myself this phone. iPhone mania was sweeping the world and I didn't want to be the only one to miss it. On unwrapping the phone I have give credit where its deserved and apple really went all out, it comes in a nice little box not much larger than the phone itself and when you pull the top off the phone is sat on the top nicely resting on...
Summary: I have owned a second-hand iPhone 3G 8GB for a year now, and it is still going strong! I've dropped it more times than I can count and, although the case is a little dented and scratched, it hasn't affected the workings of the phone at all. The thing I like most about the iPhone is that with iplayer and apps, I can cut down what I take on holiday from a phone, a Nintendo DS and an iPod (plus chargers) to just this iPhone with it's one charger.
Pros: Organiser, gaming system, ipod and phone all in one
